PWD’s pump-house converted into male-dormitory. Officials unaware?

Locals of Vasco’s Zuarinagar have alleged that a government-owned land under PWD dept is being illegally used a male dormitory.What is originally supposed to be a pump-house has been occupied by labourers working at a nearby construction site.Locals say PWD officials have abandoned the pump house and now it’s been used for residential purpose.
