Globus Infocom has been providing digital education solutions for the past 18 years in government schools and colleges across the country. Recently Globus Infocom provided 62 smart classrooms and four Virtual Classroom solutions in the classrooms of four colleges under the Goa Government to increase the collaboration and effectiveness of education.
The solutions have been set up at Government College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Sanquelim, Government College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Khandola, Government College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Quepem, and Government College of Commerce and Economics, Borda.
These solutions facilitate the ease to connect students and teachers across the world without any demographical limitations and provide universal access to knowledge resources via collaborative digital platforms. “Virtual Classroom solution acts as a digital platform to connect universally and exchange and access knowledge resources from anywhere in the world. The 62 smart classrooms and four Virtual classrooms will not only provide top class learning solutions, but also connect the four institutes virtually, for resource sharing,” says CEO and HR Head, Globus Infocom, Kiran Dham.
She further adds that the the ease of joining the online classes and deliver lectures/sessions has drastically expanded the reach of learning programmes. “This solution is definitely reshaping the training and learning structure and delivery methods across the globe.”
Dham says that initially most of the government colleges were not that adaptive to digital education. But in this era government has started implementing technology in education and this has led to an overwhelming increase in student participation and access to education. She adds: “We are committed to contribute our best to fulfil the government objective. We are confident that it will surely be an aide for students to attend lectures from different institutes live by sitting at their own college.”
She further states that Globus Infocom believes in continuous advancements and growth to keep pace with the rapidly changing environment.
