The Konkani film ‘Questao De Cofusao’ is all set to release in auditoriums all over Goa from September 28 onwards. After its release in Goa, the film will also be screened internationally in the United Kingdom in Swindon, Brent, Southall and Hounslow in the month of November.
The movie is based on communal harmony and revolves around two families who share a door–to–door neighbour relationship but also have a long rivalry running over several generations.
Speaking during a press conference on Tuesday, producer of the film, Suchita Narvekar said: “Due to the lack of theatres in the state especially commercial ones, we have decided to release the movie in the auditoriums and halls located in villages, with the aim of creating awareness about Konkani films. It will also be a beneficial step for upcoming producers and directors as they can avail the infrastructure that is present in the state.”
The movie will be released on September 28 at three venues Ravindra Bhavan – Curchorem, Panchayat Hall – Mardol and KTC hall – Valpoi at 7:30 p.m. On September 29 at Ravindra Bhavan – Sankhali and on September 30 at Ravindra Bhavan – Margao, both shows at 7:30 p.m.
