Taking forward its belief that, everyone deserves a future they can smile about, Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd., launched the Keep India Smiling (KIS) mission. The mission is the company’s commitment to provide foundation support to over 20 million people every year for a future they can smile about.
The mission includes the company’s long running, pan-India flagship programs, like, Bright Smiles Bright Futures, to provide oral health education, the Oral Health Month, to provide free dental-check-ups and community initiatives like better water accessibility, women empowerment and livelihood programs.
Adding to these flagship programs, Colgate also launched the Keep India Smiling Foundational Scholarship that offers financial support and mentorship to people across India. The scholarship program is in partnership with ShikshaDaan Foundation and Buddy4Study. An eminent panel comprising boxing champion, Mary Kom , Dr. Priyamvada Singh, Rajeev Grover, ShikshaDaan advisor and Poonam Sharma, CSR head, Colgate’s, will pick the most deserving candidates for the scholarship and will also provide mentorship as required.
