Dinesh Engineers IPO opens on September 28

MUMBAI: Dinesh Engineers Limited, a passive communication infrastructure provider company in India will be launching its initial public offering (IPO) which is scheduled to open on September 28, and close on October 3, with a price band of Rs 183 – Rs 185 per equity share of face value of Rs10 each of the company. The IPO consists of up to 10,000,000 equity shares.  Bids can be made for a minimum of 80 equity shares and in multiples of 80 equity shares thereafter. The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds of the fresh issue for expansion of business by setting up of further OFC network under IP-1 license; to fund expenditures towards general corporate purposes; and to meet public issue expenses. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.

Global conference on entrepreneurship on September 21, 22

PANAJI: Providing a boost to the governments efforts to promote startups in the state, Banglanatak.Com, a social organisation involved in a range of activities is holding an International Conference on entrepreneurship in partnership with Goa University. The two day conference, on September 21 and September 22 at Goa University, seminar hall, block E, new science block, will focus on ntrepreneurship in different sectors, such as creative industry, grass-root entrepreneurs, sustainable tourism and data management. Founders of established companies as well as local entrepreneurs are invited as speakers at the conference. The concluding session will have mentoring services for startups. About 237 Goan startups and those aspiring for business have enrolled for the programme, said Amitava Bhattacharya, founder-director, Banla Natak. He said that, post-conference the organisation is eager to partner with incubators in the state to nurture startups in initial years. NT
