Secret Sauce is co- written by food writer Priya Bala and restaurant entrepreneur Jayanth Narayanan, and showcases 40 of India’s most iconic restaurant brands and delves into the secrets behind their success. The certificate was presented by Jude Cardozo on behalf of Harper Collins to the owners of the restaurants.

Priya Bala is a respected food writer and critic with several years of experience in studying restaurants. She is also a specialist cook and does pop-ups for Sri Lankan food.
Jayanth Narayanan is an entrepreneur and restaurateur, with degrees from BITS, Pilani and XLRI. He worked in the corporate world in the US and then returned to be an entrepreneur. He started the Mani’s Dum Biryani restaurant chain and the learnings from the experience became the restobizindia blog.
