The 6th edition of PharmaLytica, hosted by UBM India, was for the first time held in Mumbai last week. The three-day global pharma trade show was inaugurated in the presence of Yogesh Mudras, managing director, UBM India group and Rahul Deshpande, group director.
The event enables the pharmaceutical community to gather current industry trends, innovations and conduct business with analytical, laboratory, machinery, Ingredients and other allied Industries. The expo is supported by associations, including Pharmexcil, Confederation of Indian Pharmaceutical Industry and the Indian Drug Manufacturers’ Association.
Over 300 exhibitors participated in the event while country participation was from Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Germany and China. This year there were special pavilions dedicated to pharma machinery and packaging, lab analytical and clean room and API’s and excipients pavilion. Exclusive B2B meetings were a part of the expo.
