Betalbatim SC edged out SCC Loutolim 4-2 via tie-breaker in the Martins Cup at Betalbatim panchayat ground on Friday.

Betalbatim drew first blood through Dylan Rodrigues in 15th minute while Loutolim equalised through Ignatious Dsilva. At fulltime the score was 1-1.

In the tie-breaker, Betalbatim proved to be better shooters with Dickson Rogtao, Keith Fernandes, Gladson Braganza converting their kicks from the spot while Loutolim pulled back through Aniston Dsilva.

 Betalbatim’s goalkeeper Milton Dsouza was awarded the man of the match by Edwardo Mathias.
