Panaji: The Goa government has launched the ‘Aamcho Dotor’ app, a direct communication platform connecting citizens with Chief Minister Pramod Sawant.

According to the government, the app serves as an all-in-one solution, offering access to various services, including job offers, Janta Darbar, blood bank information, and ambulance booking. Available on Google Play, the app features a simple login system for users to register and utilise these services.

This initiative follows previous efforts such as ‘Sarkar Tumchya Dari,’ Janata Darbar, the ‘Hello Goenkaar’ live phone-in programme on Doordarshan, and the Chief Minister’s virtual interactions under the Swayampurna Goa programme. Additionally, a Chief Minister Helpline and a strengthened public grievances department were introduced to address citizens’ concerns.

Despite these measures, many Goans continue to visit Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali, every weekend to personally present their grievances to the Chief Minister.
