Navelim:  Rosary High School, Navelim held Perpetual Succour Convent High School, Navelim to a stalemate in the U-17 Girls Next Gen League 3.0, at The King’s School ground, Sao Jose de Areal on Saturday.

Christine Ferrao stood tall for Rosary, delivering a composed and commanding display in midfield, earning her the Player of the Match accolade for her all-round impact.

In the U-15 Girls Group A, Fr Agnel Multipurpose High School, Verna defeated Rosary High School, Navelim. Velanie Dias starred for Fr Agnel with a dominant showing, bossing the midfield and playing a key role in both goals, which saw her named Player of the Match.

Meanwhile, in Group B Round 2 action, Regina Martyrum High School, Assolna made it two wins in a row with a strong performance against Bethany Convent High School, Sao Jose de Areal. Erica Crasto continued her rich vein of form, orchestrating play with poise and precision, and once again walked away with the Player of the Match title.
