Margao Ravindra Bhavan to screen  IFFI films from today

Ravindra Bhavan, Margao will host a curated selection of films from November 21 to 27 as part of the 56th International Film Festival of India (IFFI), offering daily screenings at both its main auditorium and

open-air auditorium.

“Ravindra Bhavan Margao is one venue where noted films will be screened from November 21 to 27 in the main auditorium as well as the open air auditorium,” said Ravindra Bhavan, Margao chairman Rajendra Talak. Entry to the main auditorium will first be given to online ticket-holders, followed by waitlisted viewers, with screenings scheduled at 4 pm daily.

Admission is restricted to those aged 18 and above.

The line-up includes: Tanvi the Great by Anupam Kher on November 21; Ground Zero by Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar on November 22; The Ivy by Ana Cristina Barragan on November 23; Su From So by Prakash (JpTuminad) on November 24; Fiume O Morte! by Igor Bezinovic on November 25; Pokkhirajer Dim by Soukarya Ghosal on November 26; and New Group by Yuta Shimotsu on November 27.

At the open-air auditorium, screenings will begin at 7 pm and are open to everyone. The schedule includes: the Marathi film Shyamchi Aai directed by Sujay Dahake on November 21; English film Home Alone directed by Chris Columbus on November 22; English film The Truman Show directed by Peter Weir on November 23; Hindi film 12th Fail directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra on November 24; English film IF (Imaginary Friends) directed by John Krasinski on November 25; Bengali film Aamar Boss directed by Nandita Roy and Shiboprosad Mukherjee on November 26; and English film Sonic the Hedgehog by Jeff Fowler on November 27.
