The Indian Racing Festival 2026, Goa Street Circuit, will be held from February 14 to 15, 2026 near the Manohar International Airport, Mopa.
The event was proposed to be held in Mormugao in November 2025. However, following protests by locals, it was cancelled.
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant made the announcement on Saturday.
“The event will boost sports tourism, create economic opportunities, inspire our youth, and serve as a stepping stone for Goa to emerge as a global sporting event destination. I invite motorsport enthusiasts and visitors from across the country to experience this exciting celebration of speed and sport in Goa,” Sawant said.
The Goa round of the Indian Racing League was initially scheduled to be held in November 2025. Following protests, series organiser RPPL announced that Round 4 would be pushed to early 2026 at a new location.
The track will be 2.064 km long and will feature 12 turns.
“Street circuits represent the next frontier for Indian motorsport. They bring the action closer to fans, create unforgettable experiences and transform how people engage with the sport,” said the Chief Minister.
