Carpe Diem Art Centre, Majorda, was transformed into a space of raw emotion, absurdity, and brilliance as Athol Fugard’s ‘A Place with the Pigs’ was staged over the weekend.

Directed by Dnyanesh Moghe, the play with its gripping mix of humour and heartbreak, delivered an unforgettable theatrical experience.

The spotlight was commanded by Daegal Godinho and Deepalaxmi Moghe, who brought Fugard’s characters to life. The two-hour performance had the audience immersed.

The technical finesse of the show was further elevated by Kimberly Noronha, whose sound operations added depth and atmosphere to the performance.
