Dermatologist and cosmetologist Dr. Preeti Savardekar recently conducted a session on skin care and hair maintenance at Mapusa Residency, organised by SMRC’s V.M. Salgaocar Hospital in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Mapusa. The session, attended by 18 club members, covered skin health, anti-aging solutions, and effective hair care techniques.

Dr. Savardekar discussed Microneedling Radio Frequency (RF), a non-invasive procedure for addressing skin issues like fine lines, wrinkles, stretch marks, acne scars, open pores, and skin sagging.

She also emphasised the importance of personalised routines, highlighting factors influencing skin health such as hormonal imbalances, stress, sleep disturbances, and environmental factors, and provided practical tips for maintaining strong, shiny hair.

President of the Rotaract Club of Mapusa, Sanjali Nagvekar, was also present at the event
