Anjuman Himayatul Islam HS triumphed in the South District Boys U-17 Kabaddi Tournament organised by DSYA at Multipurpose Indoor Hall, Fatorda. In the finals, they defeated St Joseph Convent HS 34- 36 and are now qualified to play for the state championship. The team included Nasir Miraji, Hanchinal Sarthak, Mali Raj Rajesh, Harijan Sahil, Ankush, Bind Sumit Kumar, Lamani Babu Etta-ppa, Chapparband Suhil, Parisepogu Ashish, Chauhan Vivek, Shubham Harijan, Donur Nasif and were guided by PE teacher Anik Naik.
