Boom Boom Goa emerged champions of the Red Bull Four 2 Score National Finals, overcoming fierce competition to book their ticket to Salzburg, Austria, for the World Finals. The Goa-based squad, who previously represented India in the 2023 edition in Germany, reclaimed their dominance by dethroning defending champions Delhi Avengers with a hard-fought 2-1 victory
in the final.
The National Finals in Goa saw top teams from 12 cities go head-to-head in a high-intensity 4v4 showdown. With no goalkeepers, fast-paced 10-minute matches, and double points for goals in the
opening and closing minutes, the competition demanded skill, endurance, and tactical brilliance. Boom Boom Goa, a closely knit team of friends—Jayesh Sutar, Krishna Gawas, Dishu Singh, Chaitan Komarprant, and captain Valerian Rodrigues —rose to the occasion, proving their mettle yet again.
“Winning the Red Bull Four 2 Score National Finals is a dream come true! The intensity, the energy, and the competition were unreal. We gave it
our all, and now we are ready to take on the world in Salzburg!” Rodrigues said after lifting
the trophy.
