Damodar College steals the show at Insignia 9.0

The Department of Commerce of Rosary College of Commerce and Arts, Navelim, organised its annual national level inter-collegiate event, ‘Insignia 9.0’. This year’s edition witnessed a total participation of six colleges.

The principal Helic Barretto, shared that Insignia is an event organised for undergraduate commerce students to showcase their creative skills and talents. Bhende then briefly delivered an overview of the event.

The chief guest for the inaugural was event manager and an alumna of Rosary College, Harsha Naidu. In her address, she advised the students to take every opportunity seriously, keep learning, and remain curious.

There were a total of 13 sub- events. The chief guest for the valedictory was Adv Chuvo Barbosa. Damodar College of Commerce and Economics, Margao, were the overall winners of Insignia 9.0. whereas St. Xavier’s College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Mapusa, and Fr. Agnel College of Arts and Commerce, Pilar, were the first and second runners-up, respectively.
