Goa slipped further into trouble against Baroda in their Vijay Merchant Trophy Elite (U-16) match at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium on Saturday.

Baroda declared at 399/8, with Shubham Haria scoring 153. The visitors were bowled out for 121, Tilak  and Yuvraj taking three wickets each.

Following on, Goa ended day two at 51/3, still trailing by 227. Adeep Miskin (24), Jaden Pereira (10) and Sairaj Govekar (10) fell, while Mrunal Naik (1) .
