The Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) has floated a tender for the development, operations and management of a family entertainment zone along with a restaurant and tourism-related activities at Anjuna. The successful bidder will have to come up with a viable hospitality concept at the site which may comprise a family entertainment centre, along with a restaurant, tourism-related activities or any other permissible activities, subject to the feasibility, demand analysis and any other relevant studies.
As per the tender, the project site is a property admeasuring approximately 4,123.69 square metres
belonging to GTDC in Anjuna village.
The existing project facilities include an existing permanent structure having total built-up area of 364.44 square metres including immovable items and temporary structures present on the site at the time of handover to the licensee.
