Navelim Sporting Club edged out Sporting Club Davorlim 4-1 via tie-breaker in the 33rd St Rock’s Super Soccer Cup at Calata ground on Thursday.

The match began with Navelim controlling possession in the first half, creating multiple opportunities on goal. However, Davorlim’s goalkeeper stood tall, making crucial saves to keep the scoreline goalless at halftime.

The second half saw a revitalized Davorlim side, who came out with renewed vigor to break the deadlock. Despite their efforts, Navelim’s defense remained solid, thwarting every attacking attempt. At fulltime the scorewas 0-0.

In the ensuing penalty shootout, Navelim demonstrated their clinical finishing, converting all four of their penalties, while Davorlim managed only one, resulting in a 4-1 victory for Navelim.
