Rosary Higher Secondary School, Navelim, etched their name in history as they dominated the U-19 boys and girls handball tournaments organized by DSYA at the Sports Complex, Ponda, clinching state championship titles in
both categories.

In a boys’ final, Rosary Higher Secondary School  clinched a hard-fought narrow 23-22 victory against St Francis Xavier’s Higher Secondary
School Siolim.

Meanwhile, their girls’ team delivered a commanding performance, defeating St Xavier’s Higher Secondary School, Mapusa, 6-2 to secure
the crown.

Both teams’ remarkable triumphs came under the expert guidance of coach Jane Dsilva, whose leadership proved instrumental in their success.
