Margao: Arlem SC delivered a performance to outclass Al Fatah CC by a staggering 257 runs in the GCA Division A South Zone clash at MCC Ground on Friday.

Opting to bat first, Arlem piled up a massive 328/6 in 45 overs, powered by a scintillating 110 from Saurabh Singh. Vaibhav Mali (76), Shaantanu Nevagi (41), and Srinivas Fadte (32) provided solid contributions, while Nitin Kalekar (2-40) was the pick of the bowlers for Al Fatah. Chasing an improbable target, Al Fatah CC crumbled under relentless pressure, managing only 71/9 in 23.3 overs. Afrid top-scored with 24, but the batting lineup had no answers to Srinivas Fadte’s sensational spell of 4/11. Dheeraj Yadav chipped in with 2/10 as Arlem SC sealed a dominant win. Saurabh Singh’s match-winning century earned him the Player of the Match honors.
