Dempo Cricket Club were held to a draw by Margao Cricket Club in their second-round Goa Premier Division League match at the NAPEX ground, Sankhali, with MCC gaining the advantage through a first-innings lead.

Dempo made 262 in the first innings before Margao replied with 304,
powered by Deepraj Gaonkar’s 139. In the second innings, Dempo reached 304 for 4, with Aditya Kota scoring 114, alongside Abhinav Tejrana (70) and Siddharth Karpe (43), but could not overturn the deficit.

Elsewhere, Geno Sports Club defeated Panjim Gymkhana by 211 runs after setting up the game with 309 in the first innings and enforcing pressure with the ball.
