St Joseph Convent HS, Nagoa emerged champions in the South District Girls U-14 Kabaddi Tournament organised by DSYA at Multipurpose Indoor Hall, Fatorda.
In the finals, they defeated GHS, Paddi, Quepem 28- 21 and are now qualified to play for the state championship. The team included Chaitra Rathod, Lija Lima, Muskan Saroj, Saptara Das, Naurin Khatun, Reshmati Gop, Shubhlaxmi Maji, Rayni Sanga, Susanna Figuera, Chandi Topo, Riya Sanga Sweta Oraon and were guided by PE teacher Jelies Gracias.
