Panaji: ‘The Navhind Times,’ in association with the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, will hold the 9th edition of its annual all-Goa school quiz ‘Battle of the Brains’ on February 6, from 9 am to 1 pm on the fifth floor of the Dempo House, Campal, Panaji. Students of Class V to X can compete.
The quiz offers an opportunity to participants to gain valuable exposure and seeks to recognise and reward exemplary learners. Students can participate in teams of two, and schools can send in entries of one or more teams. In case of a tie between teams of the same school, or if two teams of the same school are in the later rounds, only the team with a higher score will go on to the finale. After the written preliminary round, the top six will qualify for the onstage round. The top four teams will make it to the final round, where the winners will be
decided.
