World Health Day celebrated at B.P.S Club Hall

Pokale, during a health talk held at B.P.S. Club Hall, to mark World Health Day.

In total 112 people attended workshop. The event was jointly organised by the Peace and Bliss Association and Rotary Club of Margao Midtown, and B.P.S. Club.

On the occasion, ex-principal Vishwanath Swar demonstrated various asanas and pranayama techniques, with assistance from Vidhya Sakhalker, Avduth Kudchadker, and Gurudas Lotliker. A laughter therapy session was conducted by Dr. Sachika Almeida.
