The Mustard Seed Art Company’s short play ‘Mário Sossegado de Miranda: celebrating the artist’, was performed recently alongside the exhibition ‘Growing up in Mário’s World’, at Sunaparanta Goa Centre for the Arts, celebrating the birth centenary of Miranda.
The evening also saw the launch of ‘Growing Up with Márió’, an anthology of essays edited by Shaun Nicholas Lobo which was released in the presence of Miranda’s family and admirers.
A musical performance by Orlanda de Noronha and Siddarth Cota on violin, mandolin and guitar concluded the evening.
