PY Nuvem defeated SWC Zaino Velim 5-4 via tie-breaker in the Vaidya Family Memorial Cup at Cuncolim ground on Wednesday.

The score remained deadlocked 0-0. In the tie-breaker Nuvem proved to be better shooters with Nicolau Colaco, Shenoy Colaco, Mackvino Colaco, Darwin Colaco and Frazier Miranda converting. Zaino pulled back through Blasco Fernandes, Desmond Fernandes, Ronit Correia and Nosh Pinto.
