Candolim Sports Club defeated Clube Sao Miguel De Taleigao 4–2 in the GFA First Division League at Poriat ground on Monday.
Clube Sao Miguel took an early lead through Niyaz Tambak in the 8th minute, but Candolim quickly responded. Albino Pereira equalised in the 15th minute, before Siddhant Shirodkar put Candolim ahead three minutes later.
Candolim extended their advantage soon after the break when Pereira struck again in the 47th minute. Alvito Dias pulled one back for Clube Sao Miguel in the 53rd minute, but Shirodkar restored the two-goal cushion a minute later, completing his brace.
