Goa’s first foreign charter flight of the 2026-27 tourist season is scheduled to arrive at Dabolim airport on September 30, with around 180 tourists from Russia.
An Aeroflot charter flight is expected to bring the tourists from Russia.
During the tourist season from October to March, around 144 foreign charter flights are expected to land at Dabolim, carrying an estimated 25,920 tourists.
Aeroflot and SCAT airlines have so far been confirmed to operate charter flights to Goa during the season.
Around 96 Aeroflot charter flights are expected to bring foreign tourists.
Aeroflot charter flights are expected to arrive from Moscow and Yekaterinburg in Russia. Four flights are scheduled each week, with two on Wednesdays and two on Saturdays.
SCAT Airlines is expected to operate around 48 charter flights from Kazakhstan during the season. The flights are scheduled to begin arriving at Dabolim airport in October, with two flights a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Preparations are being made by the authorities and stakeholders ahead of the arrival of foreign charter tourists.
