Remunance Services Pvt Ltd, an Employer of Record (EOR) firm,  announced expansion of its operations in Goa, to support the hiring plans of its client, Network Building +Consulting ( NB+C), a US- based infrastructure and engineering solutions company.

Remunance said that it would be hiring local talent from Goan engineering colleges for NB+C, which has over three decades of expertise across wireless, utilities, fibre, EV charging, and large-scale
construction services.

“The partnership with Remunance allows us to focus on its core operations, said Conlon McCarthy, president of NB+C.

“Goa has emerged as a promising hub for international businesses due to its untapped talent pool, growing infrastructure, and seamless connectivity with larger metros such as Mumbai and Bangalore,” said McCarthy.

He pointed out that the international airport and favourable time zone alignment with the US enable near round-the-clock operations, efficiency and responsiveness in project delivery from the Goa office.

“The Goa workforce for the NB+C project will scale up by 40–50 per cent over the next one year.  The company’s current hiring is in engineering, project management, and technical roles, offering professionals in the state the opportunity to work on global projects,”said Vaibhavi Vaidya, director
of Remunance.

As an EOR player, Remunance specialises in enabling global companies to establish and scale in India without the complexities of setting up their
own legal entity.

The EOR model takes care of compliance, payroll, HR, and employee benefits for foreign companies and allows them to focus on business growth while ensuring adherence to Indian labour regulations.
