The Mapusa Additional Sessions Court on Monday evening adjourned the hearing in connection with a criminal revision application filed by the landowner of the property on which Birch by Romeo Lane Club was operating, challenging a proclamation notice issued by the police.

The matter is now posted for March 2.

During the hearing, the prosecution representing Anjuna Police sought time to file a reply, which was granted.

Counsel for Surinder Khosla, Sebastian Vales, had moved an application challenging the proclamation notice issued to his client and pasted on his door.
