Bharat Gauns clinched first place in the junior boys’ 53kg bodyweight category at the National Powerlifters Federation’s open bench press event, held in collaboration with the Punjab Powerlifting and Fitness Association at Rayat Bahara University, Punjab.
Gauns showcased an incredible display of strength, lifting 90 kg in the squat, 70 kg in the bench press, and 125 kg in the deadlift, amassing a total of 285 kg. His standout performance secured him the top podium spot and highlighted his potential in the competitive powerlifting circuit.
