Challenger Sports Club outclassed Bicholim Cricket Club by seven wickets in the GCA Division A at Panjim Gymkhana on Wednesday.
Opting to field after winning the toss, Challengers dismantled Bicholim for 146 in 36.1 overs. Aman Dhooper starred with a sharp 4 for 25, while Aun Wagji (3 for 20) and Sagaar Gaonkar (2 for 9) applied sustained pressure. Arjun Morajkar fought back with an unbeaten 30, supported by Aditya Dalal (28) and Reyan Kerkar (18).
Challengers made light work of the chase, reaching 147 for 3 in 23.2 overs. Sarthak Bhike led the charge with a commanding 65, Dominic Braganza added 28, and Devankumar Chittem remained unbeaten on 23 to seal the win.
Aman Dhooper was named Player of the Match for his decisive
spell.
