Chapora YS climbed to eighth in the Goa Professional League standings with a commanding 3-1 victory over Geno FC.
The result sealed Chapora’s place in the Super League phase with 19 points from 14 matches, while the remaining seven teams will now head into the relegation league to fight for survival next season.
Cyprian Rodrigues, Brandon Pereira and Soham Sheticar scored once in Chapora’s win. Sankalp Kankonkar netted a consolation for Geno FC.
