Dempo Challengers delivered a dominant performance to defeat Shamrao Tridents by 87 runs in a GSB Unity Cup 3.0 match organised by the Goa GSB Sports & Charitable Trust at the MCC ground, Margao

Asked to bat, Dempo amassed 216 for four in 20 overs, powered by half-centuries from Tunish Sawkar (53) and Samar Dubhashi (55). The duo added 118 runs for the third wicket to consolidate the innings. Captain Aditya Angle then accelerated with an unbeaten 39 off 15 balls.

Tridents began strongly in pursuit, with Deval Karmali (24 off 13) and Abhijit Bhandare (51 off 21) putting on 72 in 5.3 overs. Angle broke the stand and triggered a collapse as the Tridents were bowled out for 129 in 16.5 overs.

Angle returned 4 for 19, while Dubhashi (2/2) and Raghuvir Gharse (2/18) provided support. Angle was named the POTM.
