Goa athletes delivered an impressive performance at the recently held OFC National Kickboxing Championship in Lakhimpur, Assam, winning eight gold belts.
The gold medal winners were Ahd Mulla of St Mary’s Convent High School, Arush Shinde and Avnish Shinde of St Britto High School, Ansh Padaki of G.S. Amonkar Vidya Mandir, Tauseef Shaikh of St Britto High School, Hasan Khan of St Anthony High School, Monte Guirim, Rutik Tawade of the Institute of Hotel Management, Goa, and Anand Pujari.
The Goa contingent was coached by Hussein Mulla, who guided the team to a successful campaign at the national
championship.
