Goa closed the day with a convincing 4–0 win over Gujarat in the All India Civil Service Football Tournament, asserting control early and carrying that dominance through the second half.

Goa made a rapid start, and Nellister Silveira set the tone with a brace inside the opening minutes. He struck first in the 4th minute, finishing a sharp move, before doubling the lead in the 6th minute with another composed effort that left Gujarat reeling.

With midfield control and sustained territorial pressure, Goa continued to force openings. Their third arrived in the 29th minute, when Danny Dias found space inside the area and slotted home to give Goa a commanding lead at the break.

After halftime, Goa maintained their grip on the game, and the
pressure yielded another goal. Rajat Naik added the fourth in the 45th minute, capitalising on a well-worked move to seal the result.

Gujarat attempted to respond in the closing stages but were kept at bay by Goa’s disciplined defensive structure, as the hosts comfortably saw out the match.

In another match, Uttarakhand defeated RSB Jaipur 5–2 in an entertaining encounter at the All India Civil Service Football Tournament.

Uttarakhand Vimal Singh starred with a hattrick while Sushil Rawat and Moinuddin Khan added one goal each in thier win.

RSB Jaipur fought back with goals from Sukhpreet Singh and Ganesh Panwar.
