Samuel Gonsalves and the pair of Avdhoot and Nadaf emerged as the standout winners at the 4th All Goa Badminton Tournament organised by Porvorim Shuttles Club at Nana Nani Natrach Park, Porvorim.
Samuel Gonsalves enjoyed a successful outing, clinching the Under-15 singles title by defeating Ashta Poudel in the final. He later combined with Rylan to bag the Under-15 doubles crown, overcoming Daksh Mandrekar and Laksh in the title
clash.
In the men’s doubles category, Avdhoot and Nadaf claimed top honours with a strong performance in the final against Mrunal and Abhishek. The veterans’ doubles title was also won by Nadaf, partnering Willy to defeat Wilson and Avdhoot in the final.
Ansh Halarnkar and Sambhavi Bhandwaj were adjudged the Most Emerging Players of the tournament for their impressive performances.
