Converge 2.0 to focus on industry expectations from MBA graduates

The Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Goa is set to host Converge 2.0 – Shiksha Udyojak Sangam, an Academia-Industry Summit aimed at shaping the workforce of the future. As part of this initiative, the Department of Management Studies at Agnel Institute of Technology and Design, Assagao, will organise a panel discussion on ‘Building Future-Ready Talent: Industry Expectations from MBA Graduates’ on March 7 from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

The discussion will bring together industry leaders, including CEO, IL&FS Infra Asset Management Limited Neelesh Vernekar; Area Director of HR, IHCL – Goa Region Hemant Jaiswal; senior director of HR, Andrew – an Amphenol Company, Bosco Ravi Rebello and head of Sports Operations & Sports Infra Development, GMR Sports, Vikash Kumar.

Supported by the Goa State Higher Education Council, CSRBOX, and the Institution’s Innovation Council, the session will explore industry expectations for MBA graduates and the skills needed to succeed.
