Benaulim Blue edged past Cavelossim Veterans 2-1 in The 4th Benaulim Constituency Veterans Football Tournament at the SAG Ground, Vaddie, Benaulim.
Pele Fernandes’ brace secured them the win and was named the Man of the Match. Cavelossim managed to pull one back.
Later at the same venue, Colva defeated Carmona 5-1. Sheilu Fernandes scored four-goal haul and was deservedly named Man of the Match.
