Mahalaxmi Cricket Club defeated Rambhuvan Sports Club by eight runs in a GCA B Division (Tiswadi Zone) match at the ODM, Panjim Gymkhana, on Tuesday.

Batting first, Mahalaxmi were bowled out for 305 in 42.4 overs, with Dhiraj Devidas scoring 110 and Sarvesh Sawant adding 96. Mohit Gaonkar made 16. For Rambhuvan, Gautam N. took 3 for 30, Jaydeep Jadhav 3 for 62 and Jagdish Naik 2 for 35.

Rambhuvan responded with 297 for nine in 45 overs, led by Jaydeep Jadhav’s 131. Dipraj Naik scored 53 and Sonraj Naik made 25, but the chase fell short. Sandesh Tari returned figures of 3 for 24, while Samir Tari took 3 for 76 and Sachin Vishwakarma claimed
one wicket.
