Chinchinim: Canacona Sports & Cultural Club edged past Betalbatim Sporting Club 1-0 in the XIX Chinchinim-Deussua Village Panchayat Cup at CRC Chinchinim Ground.
Suraj Sharma’s lone strike in the second half secured Canacona the win. Betalbtim pushed hard to find the equaliser but the Canacona defense held firm.
Canacona’s Suraj Sharma was awarded the MOTM by Atelmo Fernandes.
