Valpoi FC were crowned champions in the GFA U-13 Division II League after a 2-1 win over DBO Fatorda at Duler. Valpoi’s Vithoba Polekar and Kashinath Gaonkar scored one each in their win while Fatorda managed to reduce the deficit through Rueben Pereira.
